Toppers Zone is built as a distraction-free study utility and gamified productivity space for students preparing for competitive exams (JEE, NEET, Boards, UPSC, CUET). You agree to use the service solely for constructive educational focus, and not for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Toppers Zone is intended for students preparing for school and competitive exams. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Google sign-in) and for all study logs, XP earnings, community posts, and feedback submitted under your account. Notify us promptly via the in-app Feedback button if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
XP, level tiers, streaks, and leaderboard positions are meant to represent authentic study time and effort. Any automated scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or other artificial manipulation used to inflate XP, streaks, or rank is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being reset, suspended, or blocked without notice.
The Community feed is a space for aspirants to encourage one another. When posting, commenting, or reacting, you agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spammy, or otherwise unlawful, and not to share anyone's personal information without consent. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.
Gyanu AI is an AI-based study assistant intended to help explain concepts, solve doubts, and generate practice questions. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated explanations, DPPs, and summaries may occasionally contain errors — always cross-check important concepts against your textbooks, teachers, or official exam resources before relying on them for exam preparation.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; attempt to bypass API rate limits or authentication; upload malicious files or content through the Gyanu AI attachment feature; or use the platform in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functioning for other students.
Toppers Zone is under active development and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features marked "Coming Soon" or "Next" are planned but not guaranteed to ship on any specific date. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and we'll try to communicate meaningful changes through the app.
All original brand assets, UI designs, source code, and the Gyanu AI character and persona belong to Toppers Zone. YouTube video playback relies on standard embedded YouTube player technology and remains subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service; we do not claim ownership of any third-party video content shown through the workspace.
Toppers Zone is an independent, student-built project and is not affiliated with any exam-conducting body (JEE/NTA, NEET/NTA, CBSE, UPSC, etc.). We are not liable for exam outcomes, and the platform should be used as a supplementary study tool alongside your regular preparation.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Toppers Zone after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
